Privacy Policy

The Rogue's Gallery ("the app") is developed by Underground Development ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used. We keep it simple: you do not need an account to play, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Game data. Your game progress, stats, achievements, coins, and settings are stored on your device. If you enable cloud backup, this data may also be saved to our backend so your progress is preserved across reinstalls.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as which games are opened and how the app performs) to help us fix bugs and improve the app. This data is not used to personally identify you.
- Advertising. The app may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
How we use information
- To save and restore your game progress.
- To understand how the app is used so we can improve it and fix problems.
- To display advertising that helps keep the app free.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, or location. Playing the app does not require creating an account or providing personal details.
Third-party services
The app relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple App Store — apple.com/legal/privacy
Your choices
You can limit ad personalization in your device's privacy settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Apple Advertising). You can remove all locally stored game data by deleting the app.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
